Feng Shui Tips and Secrets for 2009

I have been busy in finding out what my feng shui clients are doing to make sure they do not get affected by the economy. The biggest secret is in the mind and beleif. This year 2009 is the year of the OX. It is a very good year to change your luck, you cannot afford to waste your time to sit on the fence.

I have been involved with a lot of restaurant chains who want to open their new restaurants. I have also been involved in producing a movie for the mind, which is in completion soon. I did not realize it takes a lot of time in producing a movie. We need to update it as the time changes.

This urges me to let you know that the feng shui chi affects us in a day to day and yearly basis. Your thought process changes too when the chi cycle changes. I get involved in helping others in crises. My thought process gets affected from time to time. I myself need to reboot to change my mind set to stay positive.

My tips here for you guys are that please check your thoughts and your surrounding to make sure you are not surrounded by things or people that create your negative thinking. This would affect your energy on the outlook in life. it would also change your attitude when you allow it to be in that negative mode for too long.

I have learned a lot of skills from my father how to change the inner beleif and attitude with the use of feng shui. We have such a powerful inner resource, we should make use of it. I used this technique in the past to make my 10 impossible dreams came true. I am not getting any younger, I think it is now is the time to share this secret with you. I know some of you probably need some of the secrets to propel you to the next level.

I have been living in different countries and feel the energy for the past years. It has given me a lot of insight for this experience. My father was right, the secrets are in the experience not in the books. You will never find the secrets from the books. My father gave me the feng shui journals from my ancestors talking about their feng shui experiences. It is really facinating to know how certain things can affect us in certain way. When I combine my experience and my great grand fathers’ experiences together, it is really powerful. I would like to share with my students, because we can help to change this world economy when we do this together.

Chinese New Year

The Eve of Chinese New Year is on Jan 25, 2009. This is the most important day for the ancient people, because it has a lot to do with harvesting.

The word “Nien” means harvest. The ancient people celebrated the harvesting time  like we celebrate the new year in modern time.

China has different provinces with different cultural and traditional beliefs. The most common way to pay our gratitude to the Heaven God is with flowers. We hope to have better life for the New Year. This is normally done in the morning.

During noon time, we pay gratitude to our ancestors with oranges, chicken, meat, vegetables and cake.

2008 Energy and Feng Shui – Freaky ? Build Your Strength Up

Many of you may have noticed how freaky it is for the energy in 2008.  It is suppose to be the happy moment for China, because Olympic Game is only a few months away.

Have you ever wondered why ?  2008 Energy is so fierce, the earth is moving.  We are now in the lower end of the energy cycle.  We are in the third phast of the Period 8.  The energy has shifted.  The energy is moving back to the beginning of the cycle in another 30 years.

 BEIJING, China (CNN) — China has announced three days of national mourning as the death toll from last week’s devastating earthquake mounted and rescue workers continued to search for survivors among the rubble.

By Sunday evening, the official death toll rose to 32,477, according to state-run media Sunday. Another 220,109 were wounded in the major quake, the Xinhua news agency said.

Few hopeful relatives were seen in Beichuan, near the quake’s epicenter, with soldiers finding many more bodies among the ruins of buildings, The Associated Press reported. Aid teams sprinkled lime on the bodies and disinfected the area.

Wu Hai, a rescue team leader from neighboring Yunnan province, said bodies were decomposing and “many of the limbs are broken off.”

“There are definitely many more here. Locals here said several thousands have been buried here,” he told The Associated Press.

But there were a few tales of rescues even six days after the disaster: at least 64 people have been pulled alive from debris.

A 53-year-old man was rescued in Yingxiu town in Wenchuan county near the epicenter 148 hours after the quake, Xinhua said Sunday. The effort took eight hours, the news agency said.

Several others were rescued Saturday by Chinese soldiers, their hands stained with blood from days of digging. More than 4,000 troops were sent to the disaster areas in Wenchuan.

Chinese officials said the three-day period of mourning will begin at 2:28 p.m on Monday, exactly one week after the quake struck the southwestern Sichuan province.

During that mourning period, the Olympic torch relay will be suspended, China’s state-run television announced. The torch was going to be in the eastern cities of Ningbo and Jiaxing in Zhejiang Province on Monday, then in Shanghai on Tuesday and Wednesday.

China’s state-run news agency Sunday announced that it increased the magnitude of the quake from 7.8 to 8.0. The U.S. Geological Survey measured the temblor at 7.9, which CNN has been reporting. The USGS figure remains unchanged as of Sunday.

The World Health Organization says it fears outbreaks of disease and urged quick action to supply clean water and proper hygiene facilities.

“Ensuring supply of food and safe drinking water and trying to restore good sanitation are critical because these are basic transmission routes for communicable diseases,” Hans Troedsson, WHO’s representative to China, told AP.

Chinese health officials have not reported any disaster-related outbreaks so far.

So far, almost 60 aid organizations from 13 countries were assisting in the aftermath of the quake. Among the countries are India, France, Singapore, the Philippines and the United States.

Two U.S. military planes landed in Chengdu Sunday with blankets, water and other relief supplies.

2008 Feng shui :Love and Life that Get In The Way Your Focus

When the negative of life gets in the way of life, what should we do ?

All of my clients have these issues.  They would not call me if they are happy.   Their life got disrupted by negative side of life.

I went to do audit to one of my clients in San Francisco.  The next day after the consultation, I found roses in my hotel room delivered to me by my client.  She thanked me for the things I said to her that had inspired her.  One of my real estate class mates, Linda asked me if she could come along to watch me work, because she has never seen me in action before.  Linda has never seen the way that I did feng shui before.  She thought feng shui was just moving furniture around.  She was so surprised that I could tell my clients what was wrong with her life rather than she told me about it. 

There is tell tale signs in a home.  A skilful feng shui master can tell a lot about a person by looking at the chart of a home and the way the house is laid out.  My house is laid out perfectly where the sickness energy is in the toilet area.  Some people finance energy of their home is in the finance area. 

My client is in fact very successful.  She did not know it.  When Linda and I went to her house, we could see success.  The trouble is that her neighborhood is affecting her.  Please do not under estimate your neighborhood.  Your neighbor would have 70 % influence to the energy inside the house.  My client was lucky to have found me to fix the feng shui of her house.  Without fixing the feng shui energy of her house, she could easily lose the money.  This is what has happened to most of the people out there.  They did not know how to protect themselves.  They were successful and ended up losing it all of what they have built up.

 My client appreciated and inspired by my stories.  I went through life in different ways where I had a lot of obstacles. We all have to face life challenges even we can predict things.  However, we can minimize hardship with feng shui but we cannot avoid the things that spell out in the destiny. 

Destiny is fixed.  This is why I always take a look at the destiny chart of my clients.  Although we cannot avoid the things that are coming at us, we can avoid it.  It is just like a road map.  If we can detect a traffic jam, would you have the advantage to get a detour to use another route ?  Off course we do.  God gives us the knowledge to design our life plan.  We just need to get guidance from someone who is specialized in it.  It would take a lot of time for anyone to learn what I know, because I have studied Feng Shui, Yi Ching and Chinese Astrology since I was 4.

My client was losing control for what is going on around her.  I told her that we all face these obstacles, just do not allow it to knock out focus.  We need to focus on the positive side of life.  It is not easy when things around us are collapsing.  It would take a small group of people to turn this around.  If you read this, please turn your life around with small step at a time.  Please help others to recover from their financial situation.  It is all in the mind of fear.  We need to turn the feng shui of people’s mind. 

As a feng shui practitioner, I get the negative side of life all the time.  People told me they need help.  They would tell me all of their problems.  This is why it heals me when I hear success of my clients.  If you are my clients reading this and have successes after my consultations, please let me know and let the world know that feng shui works.  This way my life work is fulfilled and this will encourage the people in the world to make use of feng shui to turn the economy around.

Period 8 energy has the tendency to cause people and the weather upside down.  This will continue to have this impact for another 9 years right up to 2017.  Can you imagine if we focus on the negative side of life ?  We will never achieve anything if things keep popping up that knock us off our focus.  We need to focus on the cash flow to survive better.  Cash flow makes the world go round.  When people have cash flow, they spend money to boost the economy.  Period 8 is good for wealth if you focus on it. 

Period 8 is about cleansing.  Just take a look at the infinity symbol of the 8, it is two zeros combine into the 8 signs.  It means cleansing.  Please start again to create that wealth if you are in situation that life has forced you in the upside down situation.  Do you get it ?  8 means money and wealth.  Someone is making money while you focus on the negative side of life. 

We need to inspire others and ourselves.  It happens to all of the people because it is global economy that gets hit.  People around us become emotional.  They no longer can afford things to have the money to spend.  This affects people with their emotion.  I noticed that there are a lot of people splitting up with their relationship also.  Some are getting divorce.  Money plays the part in a relationship.  People just give up.  They should work together in a time of crises.  Please keep the eyes on the ball and do not lose sight of it.  What I mean is that please do not loose sight of your dream.

Feng Shui 2008 : Get the best feng shui in life

My clients often asked me why I did not advertise myself heavily like some other feng shui consultants who do not know a lot of feng shui and they flood the market.  Most of my feng shui advertising is done by other people through referrals.  There was a homeless lady whom I have helped and she became a promoter to many famous people.  She was proactive and helped promote me without me knowing it.  She would not even accept me offering her some money even I forced her.  There are some people with pure good hearts. 

 

I have a law teacher said the same thing to me why I did not put an ad for my feng shui services.  He said that I disservice my clients for not telling them what I can offer.  He was right the opposite of my father would say to me.  My father said if you are good you do not need to advertise.  My law teacher used to place me in his law school web site.  He got a lot of calls in enquiring about me.  At the end he got his assistant and his son, who has a master degree in computer to create a feng shui site for me www.ImperialFengShui.com   If you leave it with me, I probably would have no web site to this day.  I am not key up with the technology.  I cannot even operate my blackberry telephone.  I am still in two minds if I should get Iphone.  Please give me some help which mobile phone I should choose.

 

I was told by other masters that do not offer service to lawyers.  I have tons of lawyers calling me to do feng shui for them.  I studied law myself.  It is not easy to study laws.  They do need help to pass exams.  I have two lawyers who called me to do feng shui to pass their exams.  I was grateful to my law teacher.  If it was not for my law teacher, I would not have passed my law exams and I would not be able to help the people who study laws.

 

You will notice that there are a lot of good skilful feng shui master do not advertise.  Please look out good feng shui masters who do not advertise.  For one thing they do not need to advertise, because they have enough referrals to keep them going.   It would make you wonder if people have to advertise heavily, why ? 

 

My father always believed that the clients would need to be the one who look for you rather than you look for them.  This was how he formed his secret society members who looked for him and finally these people created the banking system almost all over the world.  My father managed to set up an intangible bank wherever I went.   It was because I was sent to school overseas and in the old days sending currency out the country was forbidden.  It did not stop him.  With his years of desperation and frustration that he formed the secret society to create his own banking system to fund me being overseas.  He also used the money to help the poor people who need medicine and funeral expenses.  It was in the believed that good deed to be carried out without name dropping, so he kept it quiet until he died when people started to tell my mother about him.

 

My father never really advertised for his business.  He believed in taking care of the clients to create the market craze.  He thought that we should be linked by cosmos.  The people who meant to be linked would automatically find you.

 

Is this true ?  Lets find out.

 

There was a young girl, who heard about me three years ago.  She was young and did not have the money to hire me.  Now she is well established and she finally hired me as her feng shui consultant.  She was about to abandon her dream career (I need to keep this career a secret for her) until she found me and she begins to pursue it further.

 

On her birth chart it has indicated her personality as a good negotiator and speaker, so I told her to keep at it.  In fact it was her gold mine.  She has already see money flowing to her when she starts to pursue it.  She could have missed this opportunity if she gives it up if she did not meet me.

 

There was a client who heard me from her friends and she hired me.  She told me that business was slow because of the current economic climate.  She was one of those who would prepare and be proactive rather than wait to see what would happen.  Feng shui is about prevention and not after things happen then find the cures.  The chance in getting a quantum leap is larger than the chance of people who suffer first and than find solution.  The secret is getting out there faster than your competitors.  If you suffer set back, your competitors would have get hold of the market before you when you try to figure out how to get out of the situation.  My advice is to get feng shui done in your home and business if you have one.

 

My client’s efforts has paid off.  After the feng shui was done two years ago.  Now her business has to be opened 24 hours and 7 days a week.  Clients start to book the whole year for using her equipment.  Her clients who use her equipment and use the rooms that she rents out keep getting awards.  Other clients of her saw her success, so they started to look for me.  Now I have some film producers start to look for me also.  Some of the film producers have chosen me as “The World Greatest Feng Shui Master” to be on the show “The Best Of TV”.  It has been out in the air.  I was in Yosemite at the time and I did not get the chance to tell anybody.  This is what I mean, home grown referrals are stronger than advertisement.

 

I used to advertise my rental home as “Feng Shui” home.  I was doing this for my research to see if my house was feng shui and rent out, would my tenants get the same luck.  I also have rental houses that were feng shui and I did not tell my tenants about feng shui.  I was testing if the word “feng shui” would impact them.

 

One of my tenants have become very successful.  The chance in getting my tenants successful was great when they know that feng shui was done on the house, so they did not move the feng shui objects or feng shui products I have left in the house.  The tenants who did not know there was feng shui done on the house would get rid of the feng shui items that I have arranged.  The results were that the tenants who became wealthy moved out sooner into their own houses that they have just bought.  The ones that removed my feng shui arrangement stay longer in the rented house.

 

One tenant has become very wealthy in my feng shui house.  She knew I did the feng shui.  When she moved out she hired me to do feng shui for her own home.  She is now building a home and she wanted me to design the house for her.

 

The current tenants who live in the same house do not seem to move out.  I just wonder if they like it there or the feng shui does not suit them that they cannot afford to buy a house.  I did some investigation on it.  Guess what ?  They have messed up the feng shui for the house.  They place a wind charm on the door.

 

Some people are not aware that one small change could block the flow of the energy for the entire house.  Please do not put the feng shui stuff without understanding the reason behind it.  It could affect the energy of the house. 

 

Something you need to know about houses.  We need to follow the principles of the universe.  When things are arranged in the way of flow of the energy, things would not turn out how it should be.

 

It is really a waste of time.  Please do not follow some of the books out there in the market.  Please listen tomy radio show www.BigMediaUsa.com  I interviewed one of my students who has become a millionaire.  She would tell you that she got rid of all her books, about 200 books once she has found me.  You really do not need those books that mislead you.  The impact on your life is huge if you get things wrong.  Life has its precious moment and you only have one life.  Do you allow other people who have limited knowledge to sort out your luck in life ? 

 

Most people cannot see that their time is more valuable than money.  If you have not valued your time, you need to.  We all do not know how much time we have got in life.  Some people live longer than others.  Some people do not have the time to be messed about.  Please get the best in life.

Feng Shui Meet Up : LA Single Meeting At Burbank

This year of the Rat is a lucky year if you know how to protect yourself from the negative energy.  Yesterday was the departure date of the Kitchen God going to heaven.  It is the beginning of the Chinese New Year for the next 20 days.  I set up a special meeting for the LA singles.  The idea is to get everyone to turn a new leaf and start a good habit.  It is the time to start a good habit and get rid of old habit.  By the time the Chinese New Year is over, your mind is fixed for the better that changes your life.

Some of the members loved the meeting so much that we did not go home till 12.30 am well after midnight.   As the people who have attended the meeting are aware that I do not let people go home empty handed.   The people who came the meeting were destine to cross the path of good fortune.

2008 Luck : Tell The Kitchen God To Bring Us Good Luck

I just wonder if any of you remember to thank the Kitchen God today.  I have just thanked him and sent him off to see the Heaven God.  I told him to say nice positive things about me to the Heaven God. 

Our Chinese New Year starts to day for 20 years.  If you have a bad habit of some sort, this is a good time to kick off the habit.  By the time the near ended, you would have completed a new leaf of habit. 

During the Chinese New Year, These are the sort of things we do not do:

Say bad things about other people.
Think negative things in our head.
Do not have conflict with people.
Do not borrow things, it does not matter how small and desperate you are.
Do not break things, especially mirror.
Keep things tidy and get rid of clutter.

If you can break the habits, then you will be rewarded with good fortune.The Chinese do not say grace before dinner.  We certainly thank the Kitchen God every year to bring us peace and prosperity.   

It sound superstitious, but in fact we need to do these things at least once a year to understand gratitude.  We need to thank the people, god and the holly spirit that have helped us over the years to keep us in a safe place to allow us to enjoy life.
